Randstad Strategic Accounts is looking for a business professional with a knowledge and proficiency working in the banking industry. We have a role that we are looking to fill for a contract position with a top tier bank in the financial industry. salary: $52 - $59 per hour

shift: First

work hours: 8 AM - 5 PM

education: Bachelors

Responsibilities

Job Responsibilities:

The team is looking for someone that will do controls documentation for the team and remediate previously enforced controls as necessary.

  • Write, review, and publish Markets Division controls documentation

  • Ensure timely completion, quality, and compliance of these controls

  • Remediate any previously created and enforced controls within the group

  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and risk/control control development and adhere to all policy and regulatory requirements

  • Complete all required assessments, exercises, training, and affirmations in accordance with Bank Policies and Audit requirements, including Business Continuity Planning

Qualifications:

  • Invesmtment Banking Compliane experience, including a knowledge and background in capital markets.

  • Experience with writing and documenting business controls

  • Ability to remediate any previous and new controls

  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills

  • Intermediate Microsoft Office skills, specifically focused on MS Word

  • Effective organization and prioritizing skills

  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment and across all organizational levels; where flexibility, collaboration, and adaptability are important

  • Analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy
