Contract Duration: 6 Months

Required Skills & Experience

• 2+ years of administrative or business support experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work or consulting experience, training, military experience, education.

• Previous loan experience (specifically in syndicated loans)

• Understanding of credit agreements

• Strong skills in MS Excel and Outlook

• Strong attention to detail and ability to handle multiple work pipelines

What You Will Be Doing

• Support Business Execution: proactively seek ways to improve processes.

• Perform moderately complex administrative support tasks.

• Receive direction from supervisor and escalate non-routine questions.

• Interact with client personnel on a range of information.

• Act as 1 of 4 team members focused on processing incoming service requests originating from front office and other included LOBS

• Will be performing daily administrative tasks and supporting ad-hoc projects as needed.
