Description

• Gather and analyze business requirements related to ERP and Salesforce systems, ensuring alignment with business goals.

• Collaborate with stakeholders to document and optimize workflows, system configurations, and integrations.

• Conduct gap analysis and recommend process improvements to enhance system efficiency and user experience.

• Work closely with technical teams to define functional specifications for ERP and Salesforce enhancements or customizations.

• Support data migration, validation, and reporting efforts for ERP and Salesforce platforms.

• Assist in the testing and deployment of new features, ensuring seamless functionality and minimal disruption to business operations.

• Provide end-user training and support to improve system adoption and efficiency.

• Monitor system performance and work with IT teams to resolve technical issues.

  Requirements

• Experience as a Business Analyst with a strong focus on ERP and Salesforce solutions.

• Familiarity with ERP platforms such as SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, or Microsoft Dynamics.

• Proficiency in Salesforce administration, configuration, and workflow automation.

• Strong understanding of data structures, reporting tools, and integration methodologies.

• Ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications.

• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

• Experience with Agile methodologies and project management tools is a plus.
