Technical Business Analyst

Must be local to Charlotte, NC - Hybrid Schedule

Must have experience

• Must have experience Banking or Financial Services.

• Experience working with API's (Must know API Lifecycle)

• Governance and securities

• Communication and organization skills

• Requirements gathering

• Tooling experience around UML and Process Flow Diagrams

• Nice to have experience in a SAFe environment.

Day to Day

• Understanding of protocols and ability to suggest improvements

• Working closely with the Enterprise architecture team and development team to understand existing policies and suggest enhancements

• Updating policies for technical writers to document and the engineering team to follow

• Ability to work with the product team, internal control team, and engineering team

• Strong communication skills

• Understanding of technology and API enablement
