Job Description

Insight Global is seeking an AP Admin for a large manufacturing company located in the SouthPark Charlotte, NC location. This is a hybrid position, and the resource will be required to report onsite Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday. On a daily basis, the AP Admin will ensure timely processing of invoices, maintain any vendor relationships, and facilitate the flow of AP documents in order to improve efficiency. Candidates must have a strong understanding of MediusAP, SAP, or ReadSoft and be able to help execute the accounts payable process during the implementation. Main responsibilities include verification of data accuracy on vendor invoices, processing vendor invoices, and identifying discrepancies with halted invoices.

Skills and Requirements

4+ years of experience in accounts payable

 Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

 SAP, ReadSoft, or MediusAP experience Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field

 Experience utilizing MediusAP

 Strong analytical and problem-solving skills null
