Our client is seeking an Administrative Assistant / Receptionist to be the face of their front office. As an integral part of their team, you will play a key role in ensuring smooth operations, supporting daily administrative tasks, and providing exceptional service to clients, visitors, and staff. If you are highly organized, have excellent communication skills, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, they want to hear from you!

salary: $18 - $20 per hour

shift: First

work hours: 8 AM - 5 PM

education: High School

Responsibilities

The Administrative Assistant / Receptionist will be responsible for managing front desk operations, greeting visitors, clients, and vendors, and directing them to the appropriate departments. This role involves answering and routing incoming calls, taking messages, and providing assistance to both internal and external stakeholders. The individual will assist with general office tasks, such as filing, data entry, and maintaining organized records, while also managing scheduling, coordinating meetings, and preparing reports and presentations. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook) is essential, as the role requires creating documents, spreadsheets, and presentations. Additionally, the Administrative Assistant / Receptionist will use Canva to design marketing materials and visual content for internal communications and presentations. The position requires excellent customer service skills, the ability to handle correspondence, and a strong attention to detail, especially when supporting HR and Accounting departments with document processing and data entry. The role will also involve coordinating meetings and events, ensuring smooth operations, and maintaining confidentiality with sensitive information.
