Program Overview:

The Strategy Rotational Program is an early-career, rotational program, focused on developing Wells Fargo's strategy talent foundation. Participants complete rotations on individual business strategy teams and make meaningful contributions in setting the strategic direction of the company.

The program provides individualized career pathing guidance, customized learning & development opportunities, and unique on-the-job experiences.

As a Strategy & Planning Program Analyst, you will work to provide strategic advice and innovative solutions to Wells Fargo's core businesses, and their senior and executive leaders.

In this role you will gain progressive experience in :

• Contributing to setting the future-based strategy of your supported line of business.

• Evaluating strategic possibilities, developing innovative recommendations, and managing matrixed projects, in support of complex business needs.

• Delivering diverse solutions that guide the execution of business-centric priorities.

• Providing strategic consulting services to internal clients, leveraging product, project, industry, and business expertise.

• Conducting competitive assessments, customer and industry research, and financial analysis to understand Wells Fargo's relative market position.

• Identifying, gather and analyze data to drive insights that inform a strategic recommendation.

• Using storytelling and data visualization to develop compelling presentations and business cases.

The Strategy Rotational Analyst program structure includes:

• A formalized, two-and-a-half year rotational program focused on developing future strategy and business leaders at Wells Fargo. During the analyst program you would have the opportunity to participate in multiple rotations, lasting 8 - 12 monthseach.

• Ongoing exposure to develop subject matter, business, product, and functional expertise in matrixed areas of the company.

• Advancement in both "soft" and technical skills via structured "in class" learnings and "on the job" training and development.

• Opportunity to develop a strong network of peers within and outside the cohort.

• Developing a diverse understanding of how the company works, including how strategic projects and investments are prioritized.

Potential career paths after completion of the analyst program could include:

• Advancement to a Strategy Consultant role and continuation within the Strategy Rotational Program progression model.

• Advancement to a non-strategy role within the broader Strategy, Digital & Innovation (SDI) organization (e.g., Digital) or other Wells Fargo functional group.

Required Qualifications:

• 6+ months of Strategy & Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education.

Desired Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree candidate with an expected graduation date of December 2024 - June 2025.

• Ability to take on a high level of responsibility, initiative, and accountability.

• Experience using Microsoft Office suite of products (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).

• Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy.

• Knowledge and understanding of financial products and services.
