Adecco is currently assisting a national pharmaceutical client in their search for an Inventory Associate to join their team in Charlestown/Jeffersonville, IN.

Pay Rate: The anticipated wage for this position is between $16 and $17.31 per hour. Hourly wage depends upon experience, education, geographic location and other factors.

Schedule: Monday 9am-7:30pm, Tuesday-Friday 8am-4:30pm and every 3rd Saturday 12-8:30pm; overtime to be expected as needed

As an Inventory Associate you will:

  • Perform daily cycle counts

  • Verify paperwork with total number of totes from distribution center (DC)

  • Identify and separate controlled substances

  • Unload product from incoming trucks

  • Verify NDC and quantity of each item and reconcile against purchase order (PO)

  • File and maintain all DC receipts and paperwork

  • Use handheld scanner application to scan, receive and reconcile incoming product

  • Other warehouse duties as assigned

Job Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or GED equivalent

  • Previous warehouse experience

  • Basic computer skills

  • RF Scanner experience

  • Ability to select, lift and carry up to 25lbs

  • Basic computer and mathematical skills

Pay Details: $16.00 to $17.31 per hour
