West Virginia Employer Geotechnical Driller in Charleston, West Virginia

This position requires travel: Travel: 100% traveling to include in West Virginia. Hotel, food and travel paid for by the company. Employees are expected to work a 3 weeks on, 1 week off schedule. Responsibilities: Operate rock drills (Cammachio, KIemm, Casagrande, Fraste), Operate construction equipment such as excavator, all terrain forklifts, man lifts, skid steers, and front end loaders Reading and determining measurements. Maintain a clean and organized construction site Work together in a team environment Mix, spray, run hoses, and operate shotcrete or grouting pumps Qualifications: At least one year soil stabilization or geohazard mitigation experience required, Drilling experience, Heavy equipment operation experience, Prior concrete or shotcrete experience, Ability to travel extensively Reliability and a strong work ethic and Enthusiastically work with a diverse team. Preferred Qualifications: Class A CDL Nozzleman certification (ACI Certification) Work Environment The work environment characteristics described here are representative of those an employee encounters while performing the essential functions of this job. Climates vary in degrees, in tropical to desert environments. The noise level in the work environment is moderate and hearing protection is often required. Exposure to characteristic construction site dangers. Regular heavy lifting (above 75 lbs) of construction materials on the job site.
