The Role

As a Lumen Coordinator II, you will be responsible for highly confidential information working directly with the Director and his leadership team to perform administrative details that require a thorough knowledge of KPIs, policies, procedures, and daily operations.

This position supports and coordinates the Director's administrative, financial, and operational activities.

Organizes and prioritizes critical issues and required information for the Director to facilitate efficient decision-making. Acts as a point of contact or gatekeeper between top management and other stakeholders.

The Main Responsibilities

  • Demonstrates action-oriented mindset when faced with a project roadblock

  • Effectively communicate risks and issues to leadership and present options and recommendations for resolution

  • Facilitates efficient utilization of the Director's time by developing and coordinating a complex calendar of appointments and meetings with individuals and groups.

  • Serves as a liaison between the Senior leadership, members of executive leadership, various committees, and others throughout the organization.

  • Track record of breaking down silos and working with others within your team and other organizations to maximize impact.

  • Ability to simplify complex situations, strong analytical and problem-solving skills

  • Must be able to manage many tasks simultaneously, working under continual deadline constraints.

What We Look For in a Candidate

  • Minimum 2 years related experience in specific area or equivalent.

  • Associates degree or equivalent

  • Excellent organizational, planning, decision-making, and problem-solving skills

  • Excellent communication skills, written, verbal, and presentation skills

  • Ability to multitask by working in a face paced, constantly changing environment

  • Ability to establish and maintain working relationships with individuals across the organization

  • Ability to efficiently utilize MS Office Suite of Applications, especially Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

  • Thrives in an agile and fast-paced environment on highly visible projects and initiatives, has a proven track record in taking on end-to-end ownership, and successfully delivering results in dynamic business situations.

Compensation

The starting salary for this role differs based on the employee's primary work location. Employees typically do not start at the top of the range, though compensation depends on each individual's qualifications.

Location Based Pay Ranges

$38119 - $50825 in these states: AR, ID, KY, LA, ME, MS, NE, SC, and SD.

$40500 - $53500 in these states: AZ, AL, FL, GA, IN, IA, KS, MO, MT, NM, ND, OH, OK, PA, TN, UT, VT, WV, WI, and WY.

$42132 - $56175 in these states: CO, HI, MI, MN, NV, NH, NC, OR, and RI.

$44138 - $58850 in these states: AK, CA, CT, DE, DC, IL, MD, MA, NJ, NY, TX, VA, and WA.

As with the pay range variety that's based on the region of a country, specific offers are determined by various factors such as experience, education, skills, certifications and other business needs.

This information reflects the anticipated base salary range for this position based on current national data. Minimums and maximums may vary based on location. Individual pay is based on skills, experience and other relevant factors.

This position is eligible for either short-term incentives or sales compensation. Director and VP positions also are eligible for long-term incentive.
