Aerotek is seeking heavy equipment operators to support local construction companies for their projects of building new apartment complexes, roads, grocery stores, etc. in the greater Charleston, SC area. Job Description:

• HEOs will participate in projects that include land clearing, earthwork, storm drainage, soil stabilization, road construction and grading

• Higher skilled operators will run dozers/motor graders, fine grading with use of GPS

• Operate haul trucks/off road trucks

• Operate front end loaders skid steers, mini excavators, excavators, rollers

• Also responsible for general labor, including digging trenchwork, unloading trucks/materials, and preparing job sites.

• All candidates should be prepared to hold a shovel in hand, as well as operating equipment

Shifts:

• Monday through Saturday, weather dependent, start time is 7am fine

• 8-10 hour shifts, can vary depending on project needs

• 50-60 hour work weeks, sometimes more/less depending on weather/needs
