Description We are looking for a Full Charge Bookkeeper to join our team in the CPA Firm - Business Management industry, based in Charleston, South Carolina. This role offers a contract to permanent employment opportunity, where you will be mainly tasked with bookkeeping and accounting responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Handle accounting functions including Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) • Manage bank reconciliations and billing functions • Utilize accounting software systems such as Excel and QuickBooks for daily tasks • Maintain a strong understanding of ADP - Financial Services • Leverage Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Office Suites, and Microsoft Outlook for administrative tasks • File sales tax and manage previous work with w2s and 1099s • Interact with a limited number of clients, providing them with top-notch customer service • Maintain an organized filing system for easy access to financial data • Ensure all accounting activities comply with financial regulations and standards • Help with filing sales taxes • Assist with W2's and 1099s Requirements • Proficiency in Accounting Software Systems • Experience with QuickBooks- Online and Desktop • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel • Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suites • Proficiency in using Microsoft Outlook • Ability to perform Accounting Functions • Experience with Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) • Ability to perform Bank Reconciliations • Experience with Billing Functions • Previous work in a CPA Firm or Business Management environment • Full Charge Bookkeeper experience is preferred
