Rate: Up to $26 per hour

Job Description:

We are seeking an ENTRY LEVEL MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN to join our team in Charleston, SC. The ideal candidate will have minimal experience in one or more of the following areas:

      •     Drywall

      •     HVAC

      •     Electrical

      •     Repairs

      •     Plumbing

      •     Carpentry

      •     Painting

Responsibilities:

      •     Perform a variety of tasks involving physical labor at construction sites and other projects.

      •     Assist with installations, repairs, and maintenance of systems and structures.

      •     Operate hand and power tools to complete assigned tasks.

      •     Follow instructions from supervisors to complete daily work assignments.

      •     Maintain a clean and safe work environment.

      •     Ensure compliance with safety regulations and procedures.

Requirements:

      •     Proven experience in one or more of the following areas: drywall, HVAC, electrical, repairs, plumbing, carpentry, painting.

      •     Ability to perform physical labor and lift heavy objects.

      •     Familiarity with hand and power tools.

      •     Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

      •     Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

      •     Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
