Sportsman Boats is looking for an entry level fabricator/Sander to assist in creating T-tops and leaning posts for Sportsman boats.  his is a good opportunity for entry level welders who want to gain experience in this field.

What you will do:

• Sand, Layout, cut, fit, measure and tack weld aluminum pipe

• Fit up parts

• Learn and grow!

  What you know / have done:

• Prior Fabrication skills is a plus 

• Prior experience with Sanding metal material.

• Ability to use small tools, operating air/hand tools, welders, grinders and buffing machines

• Close tolerance when measuring; strong attention to detail

• Good time management and organizational skills; ability to meet deadlines

• Ability to work as a team member

• Ability to comply with OSHA, MSDS and safety guidelines

• Ability to work in fast-paced, ever changing environment

• High School Diploma or GED required
