Duties include but are not limited to: \' Working with retail customers to find the right parts for their needs \' Research hard-to-find products to help people find those parts that are not currently in stock. We pride ourselves in helping each and every customer fill their boating and fishing needs! \' Process customer orders using a computer system \' Purchase some products direct from vendors \' Merchandise the store to facilitate additional sales \' Restock shelves from back stock and new shipments Skills Required: \' Extensive knowledge of Boating / Marine a must \' Experience with marine electronics a plus \' Possess excellent attention to detail \' Outstanding customer service skills \' Computer experience a plus Full-Time Requirements: \' Job is Monday through Friday with rotating Saturdays \' Base hours are 7:30 am through 5:30 pm \' Longer hours are sometimes required during busy times or special events Wage: starting at \$19.00 an hour Our excellent benefits include Profit Sharing, 401K, Health Insurance, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance, and Personal Time Off.
