Job Title: Project Manager Specialist

Job Description

As a Project Manager Specialist, you will be responsible for planning and executing contracts starting from transfer meeting to managing the Quality, Cost, and Delivery of the entire execution process by ensuring on time delivery according to contractual terms, high level of customer satisfaction and controlling and improving the Gross Margin and cash related to contracts.

• Non-supervisory role responsible for customer project management

• Works on the basis of predefined contracts and frameworks

• Order transfer and review

• Assume ownership of order at order transfer by Sales after review

• Define action plans to resolve outstanding issues at order transfer

• Report gross margin of orders booked and contract delivery / performance

• Ensure delivery of customer contracts are compliant to the requirements of contract leading to full customer satisfaction and business objectivces

• Contract review and Risk & Opportunities Management

• Perform project reviews

• Coordinate efforts with customer care to ensure timely resolution of warranty issues

• Ensure adequate planning and productive time for customer during FAT visits

Job Type

• This is a Contract-to-Hire position with a duration of 12 Month(s).

Work Site

• This is a hybrid position requiring some days on-site in Charleroi, Pennsylvania and some days remote.

Work Environment

• First 3 months on site 5 days, then hybrid work schedule (2 days in office).

• Once hybrid schedule, candidate will work on site every Thursday plus 1 day of their choice.
