The CACI is seeking a motivated Technical Project Manager with experience leading diverse and cross functional SCRUM teams implementing ITSM infrastructure and software development projects. Ability to modernize legacy systems into a cloud-based environment, while driving the effort to align development with customer business drivers, processes, across a large ecosystem. 

Your Responsibilities Will Include The Following

  • Tailoring ITIL best-practices and communicating status of projects to stakeholders within and outside of the team 

  • Working with internal teams up to 50 members and external partners to develop project plans for the execution of the team delivery roadmap 

  • Working with customers, across contract divisions, and with external teams to define and document software and infrastructure functional and technical requirements 

  • Driving the planning and coordination of activities for projects to ensure goals and objectives are accomplished within a prescribed time frame and meeting contract award fee criteria 

  • Tracking and reporting on scope, goals, deliverables and resources within two-week sprints 

  • Highlighting areas of risk and capturing key decisions 

  • Blending creativity, problem solving, and technical skills for refining existing approaches or developing new approaches 

  • Facilitating and incorporating lessons learned and best practices  You’ll Bring These Qualifications

  • Demonstrated experience managing and leading highly visible and complex infrastructure and cloud solutions and delivering software projects to production environments 

  • Experience with implementing Agile/Scrum methodology and experience with facilitating the standard Agile ceremonies utilizing ServiceNow to track progress 

  • Must be able to translate and decompose complex technical and functional requirements into user stories 

  • Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to introduce innovation and motivate project teams 

  • 5-8 years of demonstrated understanding of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) 

  • Demonstrated project leadership skills, including experience with all project lifecycle phases, such as planning, analysis, specifications, quality assurance (QA), process re-engineering, end-user training, and implementation and monitoring of compliance and metrics 

  • Extensive knowledge and expertise in the use of project management methodologies and tools, resource management practices, and change management techniques  Candidate Must Have One Of The Following

  • TS/SCI Clearance with a Polygraph

  • University Degree (BA/BS) or equivalent experience and minimum 7 years of related work

  • Project Management Professional (PMP) 

  • ITIL certifications 

  • Agile certifications 

  • ServiceNow certifications 

  • Ability to rapidly adapt and respond to changes in environment and priorities 

  • Proven ability to manage in a highly fluid and interactive environment

The proposed salary range for this position is:

$102,900 - $216,200
