We're seeking a Registrar to help coordinate enrollments for technical and specialized training for our dynamic clients. The Registrar position works as part of a team of learning professionals who are responsible for delivering impactful training curriculum. The Registrar is responsible for the enrollment and tracking of students, coordination and communication of enrollments with instructors, and status reporting on enrollment. They are the central records facilitator for permanent academic information on current and prior students. The Registrar may also assist with gathering information to respond to data calls, classroom planning and scheduling, and other training support tasks to ensure the success of the training mission.

Your Main Mission:

  • Work as part of a team to support a dynamic specialized training program.

  • Coordinate day-to-day support and operations of student enrollment requirements.

  • Some local travel between offices, 10-25%.

  • Perform course registration for continuing and new students.

  • Collect, compile, and analyze student training data and prepare reports for managers.

  • Monitor attendance patterns and provide timely and useful reports for managing student success.

  • May be required to review candidates for graduation or certification programs to make sure all requirements are met and provide a list of approved candidates to course directors and managers.

  • Schedule classes and classrooms.

  • Provide program coordination, including: coordinating class schedules; welcoming participants and supporting any learning or accessibility needs; collaborating with SMEs, designers, and instructors; preparing course materials; setting up training sessions; closing up training sessions; providing student credit; and providing reports and metrics on course enrollments, completions, and programs conducted.

  • May be required to coordinate VIP visits, support visitors or outside speakers, set-up and support project related meetings, and/or assist with ad hoc tasks related to the successful running of the training program.

  • Communicate regularly with senior managers to plan, organize and track the dynamic curriculum.

  • Work with various customers to coordinate resources, prioritize activities, and ensure quality and timely products.

  • Utilize a project tracking tool and weekly meetings to track, communicate, and manage all tasks and projects to ensure all assigned tasks are completed on or before the established due date.

  • Archive projects per office-designated standards.

  • Adhere to customer security policies and procedures regarding the proper use of information, systems, equipment, facilities, and infrastructure.

What Sets You Apart:

  • Possess a current TS/SCI with polygraph clearance.

  • Have a HS Diploma at least 5+ years of relevant experience in either administrative, record management, or program support/management.

  • Highly organized worker with excellent customer service skills, intermediate or higher critical thinking skills, and demonstrated problem solving skills.

  • Experience properly handling personally identifiable information.

  • Prior experience in training, as a Registrar, or in records management.

  • Strong written and oral communication skills with the ability to independently craft error-free, tone appropriate, and professional marketing, informational, and status communications in a variety of mediums and formats across a wide range of audiences.

  • At least two years of direct customer service experience.

  • At least two years of administrative, data entry, or clerical experience.

  • Basic data literacy, able to input, process, and clean data sets and records.

  • A self-starter, who is highly organized and capable of setting and maintaining schedules for themselves and for others, including coordinating and communicating schedule elements.

  • Experience utilizing project tracking mechanisms to communicate, coordinate, prioritize, and complete projects on schedule.

  • Experience with the Microsoft Office Suite of products (e.g., MS Word, PowerPoint, or Excel), as well as SharePoint and/or other databases.

You Might Also Have:

  • Significant experience or training in data integrity, data management, and/or data organization.

  • Experience with records management including experience using record management or learning management systems.

  • Experience or training in copy editing for print or screen publications.

  • Familiarity with AI and machine learning concepts or models.

  • Training or experience in the proper handling of Personally Identified Information (PII).

Pay Range:

Pay Range $65,000.00 - $117,500.00

The Leidos pay range for this job level is a general guideline onlyand not a guarantee of compensation or salary. Additional factors considered in extending an offer include (but are not limited to) responsibilities of the job, education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity, alignment with market data, applicable bargaining agreement (if any), or other law.
