Job Description

Act as "our customer's best service provider" at all times thereby ensuring our client is the customer's first choice for service.

Assist in the testing, programming and commissioning of fire alarm and life safety systems.

Assist in the servicing of fire alarm and life safety systems.

Read and interpret blueprints, diagrams, submittals, specifications, software/systems, programing of Fire Alarm Systems, schematics and operational/product manuals.

Execute all work in accordance with local and national codes, general best practices as well as company health and safety policies and procedures.

Act as our customers best service provider at all times thereby ensuring our client is the first choice for service.

Communicate and work with the other team members consistently to improve overall operations of the client center, and company.

Keep up to date and informed on all company policies.

Present a professional image at all times in appearance and behavior.

Skills and Requirements

Minimum Experience: 3-5 years as a fire alarm service technician with experience in programming and installation

Ability to work nights and weekends as needed

Preferred Experience: (but not required): NICET II Certification in Fire Alarm, null
