Currently, ManTech is seeking a motivated, career and customer-oriented Business Lead to join our team in Chantilly, VA .

The MI Division provides mission solutions to a wide range of Intelligence Community customers. This division consists of a team of technical leaders that deliver advanced technical solutions to government organizations. Our customers have high standards, are technically adept, and use our products daily to support their mission of protecting national security. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Provide Senior Executive level advisory and staff support to the Director, Deputy Director, Chief of Staff, and the Government Leads/program managers for assigned actions.Track and report on action items at appropriate meetings. ​​

  • Report on internal item statuses to the Director, Deputy Director, Chief of Staff, and Government leads as required.

  • Schedule, coordinate, provide logistical, support, and prepare presentations and/or briefings for senior staff meetings and reviews as directed.

  • Develop and provide a weekly status report for the Chief of Staff’s Weekly Operations meeting for all operational actions.

  • Advise the Director, Deputy Director, Chief of Staff, and the Government leads on strategic manpower planning and execution.

  • Advise the Government on strategic operational and administrative process development and implementation.

  • Develop and deliver Senior Executive presentations and multimedia to support government oversite and leadership reviews, meetings, forums, all hands, and technical reviews, as requested.

  • Provide scheduling, coordination, and logistical support in preparing and attending presentations/briefings for senior staff meetings and reviews.

  • Develop and deliver recommended process improvements plans in the form of an email, report or presentation as requested.

  • Evaluate, task, consolidate and deliver TIER action responses as requested.

  • Responsible for the performance small non-technical projects as assigned by the client and in accordance with contract requirements and company policies, procedures and guidelines.

  • As an action, tracking, and policy support person you will provide technical support at action item status meetings, and participate and run various internal and external committees, integrated product teams, staff meetings and other meetings as directed.

  • Assist executive support staff and cover their non-governmental functions.

  • Review Intelligence Community (IC) policy documents, and provide highlights of pertinent sections to the Director, and others within the organization as required.

  • Support, develop, update, and implement organizational strategy, governance and outreach activities.

  • Work short-fused actions and briefings, maintain open communications with internal and external organizations in support of assigned tasks.

  • Track and facilitate personnel in processing and out processing.

  • Lead and manage functional team by serving as Technical Lead and Career Manager.

  • Create and post job requisitions, interview and evaluate candidates, and aid hiring actions across functional team.

  • Provide functional input to contractual deliverables and ensure timely submission.

  • Provide backup support to Program Manager (as required).

Basic Qualifications:

  • Requires Bachelor’s degree and ten years of related business management experience required.

  • Strong organization and time management skills, excellent written and verbal communication skills, and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.

  • Must have current IC / NRO Experience.

  • Ability to build strong professional relationships across all levels and Parent Elements of Government clients.

  • Possess and demonstrates a positive attitude with paramount desire to fill organizational objectives through complete customer satisfaction.

  • Experience with Microsoft applications.

  • Demonstrated strong customer service experience; problem solving; collaboration – interfaces with all levels of senior government leadership and employees.

  • Ability to work independently; lead a multi-person team; and coordinate multiple projects to completion.

  • Experience in developing organizational strategy relative to facilities and logistics, Strategic Communications, Action Tasking, Records Management, Training Facilitation, Human Resources, and Administrative support are highly desired.

  • Experience operating in a SAP \ CAP environment highly desired.

  • Maintain a flexible schedule in order to meet client activities.

Security Clearance Requirement:

  • Active/current TS/SCI with Polygraph is required.

Physical Requirements:

  • Must be able to be in a stationary position more than 50% of the time.

  • Must be able to communicate, converse, and exchange information with peers and senior personnel.

  • Constantly operates a computer and other office productivity machinery, such as a computer.
