CACI is seeking a highly skilled Business Analyst with Agile methodology experience to help drive the development and delivery of web applications. This role will focus on defining and translating business requirements into actionable system and user requirements. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in both small and large-scale web application projects, with a strong track record of supporting high-pressure environments.
Key Responsibilities:
Requirements Definition: Define and translate business requirements into functional, user, and system requirements, ensuring clear communication across teams.
Stakeholder Collaboration: Lead requirement gathering sessions, working closely with customers and stakeholders to document user stories for development teams.
Cross-functional Liaison: Serve as the primary contact for Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) and collaborate with QA testers and developers during system testing.
System Testing & Quality Assurance: Oversee both manual and automated testing efforts, ensuring comprehensive regression and targeted testing for new software capabilities.
User Acceptance Testing (UAT): Support the client throughout the UAT process, including defect management and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent experience.
Minimum 3 years of experience in requirements capture management and analysis across all phases of the software development life cycle (SDLC).
At least 3 years of experience in web application development projects.
Proven ability to communicate complex technical topics to both management and non-technical stakeholders.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to integrate information from multiple sources.
Ability to work independently while interacting with government and non-government stakeholders at various levels.
Active TS/SCI clearance with Polygraph.
Desired Qualification:
Experience with Agile methodology and frameworks.
Familiarity with project management tools such as Microsoft TFS, Jira, and AWS.
Proficiency in Microsoft Visio for creating visual documentation.
Agile or Certified Scrum Master (CSM) certification is a plus.

The proposed salary range for this position is:
$78,700 - $165,300
