Provide an estimate of time needed for additional repairs * Executes repairs under warranty to manufacturer specifications Qualifications * Automotive Service Technician experience required * ASE Certification preferred but not mandatory * State Safety and/or Emissions Inspector preferred * Excellent customer service skills * Basic Computer skills * Positive, friendly attitude, along with a customer service mentality * Enjoy working in a fast paced environment * Excellent oral and written communication skills * Team player * Must have a valid driver’s license * Ability to learn new technology, repair and service procedures and specifications Able to operate electronic diagnostic equipment Job Type: Full-time Pay: $50,000.00 - $160,000.00 per year Benefits: * 401(k) * Continuing education credits * Employee discount * Health insurance * On-the-job training * Paid training   About the Dealership The Pohanka Family of Dealerships is firmly entrenched in the Washington DC Metro.
