Senior Financial Analyst

Job Summary:

The Senior Financial Analyst will assist the Senior Manager of Finance with data management and analysis related to Revenue, Cost of Goods Sold (COGS), and Gross Profit (GP), logistics, and Salesforce administration for projects/parts. This position will aid in month-end variance reporting and walks, and also in building out reporting and KPIs for the logistics department. Under the direction of the Senior Manager of Finance the Senior Financial Analyst will be key in helping to develop business unit support and financial modeling. More specifically this role will:

Key Job Responsibilities:

• Build out and manage logistics reporting and KPIs

• Conduct detailed month-end analysis, reporting, and executive walks

• Manage the build out and Revenue/COGS consolidation for formal forecasts and annual plan

• Improve management reporting

• Support ad-hoc analysis and reporting on portfolio Revenue, COGS, and profitability

• Perform various ad-hoc analysis and modeling on other financial matters

• Review final pre-signatory project profitability

• Maintain pricing books and non-standard project sale support

• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• Bachelor of Accounting, Finance, or equivalent

• 3+ years of experience as a Financial Analyst

• Familiarity with US GAAP Accounting

• Knowledgeable with Finance concepts

• Strong critical thinking skills

Preferred qualifications:

• Intermediate to Advanced Excel proficiency

• Budgeting and forecasting experience preferred

• Experience with SAP and Salesforce preferred

• Experience in Finance related to manufacturing, logistics, or production environments preferred

• Ability to work well with others under deadline situations and respond to changes in priorities
