Senior Staff Project/Program Manager - Design Controller
Job Description

Review and guide overall analog and digital task coordination for design and verification in line with industry standards and state-of-the-art design methodologies.
Support project leads and functional leads in detailed technical planning including reviews, risks and status updates in the four key disciplines analog, digital, layout and application.
Moderate and lead technical “what if” scenario discussions. Support risk analysis mitigation planning across four key disciplines.
Act as a “go between” for each of the disciplines and highlight technical dependencies across domains.
Support TPL and functional leads in organizing and documenting all project related meetings.
Alignment of technical design actions between analog, digital, layout and apps.
All other tasks as deemed reasonable by your manager.
Accurate technical planning ensuring delivery of tasks to the required quality and industry standards.
Analog and digital design changes are correctly risk assessed measured by accuracy to delivery time and product spec.
Increased efficiency in aligning technical tasks across four key disciplines measured by reduced administrative effort of project lead functions and optimized utilization across the design flow.
Increased cross discipline communication resulting in improved collaboration and problem solving.
Supports key technical decisions (architecture, components, reviews) as well as design phases. Responsible for Costs, Quality, and Timeframe commitments for the project.
Plans and tracks the progress of the design. Coordinates and supports the technical team
Technical meetings are effective with clear outcomes and deliverables.
Technical documentations being prepared such that effort of technical project leads and functional
Qualifications
BS or MS (or equivalent) in Engineering with emphasis in project execution.
12+ years in a similar role involving technical coordination of mixed-signal product development.
PRINCE2® or PMP® or equivalent certification/ credentials is good to have.
Excellent knowledge and hands-on experience with analog design, ideally within PMIC space
Advanced knowledge of Product IC design flow, development procedures and deliverables
Knows how to plan, manage commitment, track, coordinate a team and master the project monitoring and reporting tools.
Need to have sharp analytical skills to evaluate the feasibility, viability, and suitability of the project solutions and alternatives.
Need to be able to identify, assess, and mitigate the potential risks and challenges that may affect the project. Moreover, you need to be able to use various analytical tools and methods, such as statistics, simulation, optimization, and decision analysis.
Ability to co-ordinate and pro-actively communicate with multi-site, multi-national, multi-cultural teams, strong interpersonal skills
