Tailstorm Health, Inc, a Chandler, AZ based Pharmaceutical Manufacturing Firm has multiple openings for JOB ID 11352: Managing Director.Job duties include:
- Leadership Skills: a. Have proven ability to lead and inspire teams, with exceptional leadership, motivational, and team-building skills. b. Experienced in managing diverse teams and fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.
- Business Acumen: a. Have business acumen and strategic thinking, with a demonstrated ability to develop and execute successful business strategies. b. Experienced in driving revenue growth, profitability, and market expansion.
- Regulatory Knowledge: a. Understanding of regulatory requirements and compliance in the pharmaceutical industry, including FDA regulations (or relevant local regulatory bodies in other regions).
- Financial and Operational Expertise: a. Work on financial management, budgeting, and resource allocation. b. Experience in optimizing operational efficiency and maximizing ROI in pharmaceutical research and development.
- Communication and Stakeholder Management: a. Ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders, including investors, government agencies, healthcare professionals, and the public.
- Ethical Standards: a. Show high ethical standards and integrity in all business practices, particularly in pharmaceutical research, marketing, and distribution.
- Problem-Solving and Decision-Making: a. Proven ability to analyze complex situations, make sound decisions under pressure, and mitigate risks effectively.
Requirements: Bachelor\'s degree in Management, Economics, Science or directly related with at least 60 months of experience. Salary ranges between \$286,686.00 to \$290,000.00/year.
