Sr. Scrum Master

Position type: Fulltime, Contract (W2)

Duration- 9+ Months

Location: Chandler, AZ/ Charlotte, NC/ Irving, TX

As a Sr. Scrum Master, you would:

• Facilitate Agile process (Scrum and/or Kanban) with companywide impact specific to delivering on the backlog of the Cloud Security team, in support of the digital transformation.
• Be a motivated self-starter, quick to adapt and stay focused on delivering results in a fast-paced environment with aggressive deadlines.
• Guide our delivery teams to follow Agile Scrum and/or Kanban practices to effectively manage and groom backlog, prioritize to address business demands both planned and unplanned, support team readiness, and commitment to delivery for each Sprint or Release
• Optimize Scrum/Kanban team velocity to identify improvement opportunities to achieve higher levels of team performance
• Deliver capabilities using Agile practices while also following the Software Development Lifecycle, business process mapping, corporate and Cybersecurity policy, and various release processes as appropriate to ensure all risk, security, and development requirements are met
• Facilitate Agile Scrum and/or Kanban ceremonies for the teams you are assigned to support
• Collaborate with delivery team members, product owners, program/project managers, team Directors and Senior Executive leaders to communicate delivery of work product from the team and escalate key risks, issues and blockers impeding team effectiveness

The ideal candidate will have:

• 4+ years of Agile Scrum Master or Kanban Lead experience
• 2+ years of experience working with Cyber/Information Security or Risk Management focused teams and/or projects
• 2+ years\' experience with Jira and Confluence - Jira proficiency must be intermediate to advanced level
• Understanding and strong working knowledge/experience with JQL (Jira Query Language) and experience working with Confluence
