Principal Service Solutions is hiring Adjustment Technicians who will be trained in the modification, installation, servicing, and maintenance of semiconductor equipment in a manufacturing facility.

Pay Rate $25.00/hr + DOE

  • 10% shift differential for the swing shift

Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday Swing Shift: 3 pm- 1:30 am 

  • Monday to Friday 6:30 am - 5:00 pm 

    We are searching for detail-oriented people with mechanical and electrical experience using hand and power tools, e.g. vehicle repairs or maintenance, electromechanical equipment, etc... OJT provided!

    Responsibilities: include the following. Other duties may be assigned.  

  • Follow all corporate safety protocols and report unsafe conditions.

  • Assist Adjustment Technicians with routine installations and/or maintenance on assigned products.

  • Helps perform log analysis of system errors during Qualification and test.

  • Assist on-the-job training to the internal technician in routine operation, installation, and troubleshooting of assigned products.

  • Effectively helps troubleshoot issues for both hardware and software.

  • Professionally interact with and understand technical information from the internal team.  Professionally interact with multi-national and multi-language teams.

  • Prepare and submit all necessary paperwork and Status Reporting with supervision. 

  • Input data to QA / QC check sheet and report creation and submission to Installation Site Manager.

  • Attend daily field meetings.

  • Work with minimum supervision, as needed.

  • Recommend technical solutions/resolutions to engineer groups.

    Requirements:

  • Technical School or Military Certification is preferred

  • No degree required

  • Knowledge of electrical diagnostic instruments and shop/hand tools.

  • Ability to read electrical schematics and blueprints and diagnose/troubleshoot electromechanical devices.

  • Ability to work in a team environment and be a team player. Flexible, and willing to work a compressed work week.

  • Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists.

  • Ability to work with heights, (Ladder, Scissor lift, Etc.)

  • Working knowledge of Digital Voltmeter and Oscilloscope functionality

  • PC skills (MS Office, Excel, Windows  

    Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to work in confined areas in a clean room environment, in awkward positions, and at heights

  • Ability to lift and carry objects up to 50 pounds

  • May require bending/stooping/crawling/climbing
