A Robson Communities Company, B&R Engineering is looking for a Civil Design Engineer I and a Civil Design Engineer III.

PURPOSE OF POSITION /SUMMARY

The Design Engineer will primarily work with the Project Engineer and Project Manager in designing various complex phases of land development projects within several master planned communities. These designs will culminate in agency approvals and construction of land development projects within master planned developments. The Design Engineer I may assign and review work of CAD Techs and may coordinate with client staff members and public agency personnel. The Design Engineer I may work directly with senior management in the design of complex, technically difficult projects. Performs other job duties, as assigned.

PRIMARY ACCOUNTABILITIES

• CAD Design/ Drafting complete civil designs and AutoCAD drawings for Land Development projects.
• Interacts with public agency staff in order to address comments and achieve Agency design approval.
• Interacts with client representatives in order to address concerns within designs and overcome design constraints.
