About this role:
Wells Fargo is seeking a Business Execution Associate Trainer to join our Currency Transaction Regulatory Reporting Group. Currency Transaction Regulatory Reporting Group (CTRRG) is responsible for timely and accurate filing of Currency Transaction Reports with FinCEN in accordance with Bank Secrecy Act (BSA) requirements. In this role, you will:
Lead classroom and virtual training
Participate in planning and executing a variety of programs, services, and initiatives, and monitor key indicators to ensure effective performance and control management of assigned operations or business groups
Collaborate and consult with mid-level managers or cross-functional business partners
Develop and design change management communications and learning content for end users
Create learning experiences and environments
Assess learning needs
Support performance of less experienced Administrative Assistance staff and overall effectiveness of team in performing moderately complex to complex administrative tasks
Be responsible for compiling information, preparing moderately complex reports, and balancing routine general ledger lines or expense accounts
Perform complex administrative, transactional, operational, or customer support tasks
Provide a high level of professional support which includes a balance of more experienced level administrative work as well as ongoing ad hoc and project or business initiatives such as planning meetings, tracking deliverables, and pulling routine reports
Assist with selectively referring callers, and answering questions regarding business unit policies and procedures
Provide subject matter expertise and interpretation of administrative procedures to less experienced staff
Provide administrative supervision and support to managers in the areas of reporting, customer, or business documentation
Interact with immediate Administrative Assistant team, functional area, and internal peers regarding routine administrative tasks
Support more experienced level leaders with daily administrative tasks and interact with more experienced leaders across the organization
Required Qualifications:
- 6+ months of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
Desired Qualifications:
Currency Transaction Reporting (CTR) experience
Experience facilitating classroom training (virtual or in person) in a corporate setting
Experience successfully utilizing technology to deliver or facilitate training in a classroom environment
Knowledge and understanding of adult learning principles
Knowledge of general learning and development programs to understand the interconnectivity and business impact of various learning solutions
Ability to lead, train, and provide feedback to staff and corresponding managers
Knowledge and understanding of Anti Money Laundering (AML) and Bank Secrecy Act (BSA)
A demonstrated focus on coaching and mentoring
Strong classroom presence and facilitation skills with a dynamic presentation style
Excellent communication skills and ability to articulate complex material to a diverse audience
Ability to make timely and independent judgment decisions while working in a fast-paced and results-driven environment
Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
Job Expectations:

Must be available to work a hybrid model where you will be working three days onsite and two days remote each week
Ability to work additional hours as needed
