We are seeking a Therapeutic Family Care Case Managerto join our team at our program in Chambersburg, PA Position Details This position is responsible for monitoring the placement, treatment and activities related to a foster care assigned caseload and foster parents. This role may work with both Host Home and Foster Care Plus Youth. This role coaches/counsels' individuals/families within their caseload and provides crisis intervention. Requirements

Our ideal candidate will possess the following skills: Bachelor's Degree in a human service-related field. Must possess at least two (2) years of direct care and/or case management experience. Valid Driver's License and use of personal automobile is required.
