Job Title: General Production Worker

Job Description

MUST COMPLETE A TAPE MEASURER TEST!!!!

• Work at different stations, as production requires
• Inspect, weigh, and package products
• Empty bailer when full
• Assist and help prep rolls for machine operator
• Monitor flow of product into processing machinery
• Verify compliance with quality, safety, and production standards; adherence to work rules; and efficient operation of equipment
• Report potential downtime, production scrap, and machine quality issues
• Maintain clean and safe work environment (sweeping around bailer)
• Use of tape measure

This is a Contract-to-Hire position with a duration of 4 Month(s).

Work Site

This is a fully on-site position in Chambersburg, Pennsylvania.

Work Environment

• Manufacturing environment with running machines
• Start-up company in the Chambersburg, PA area with Corporate location in Illinois.

This is a 2nd shift position but all employees will train on dayshift for several weeks until they are fully trained.

*2nd shift hours: Monday-Friday (5pm-3am), with Saturday (5pm-1am)

*1st shift hours/training hours: Monday-Friday (7am-5pm), with Saturday (7am-3pm)

*ALL EMPLOYEES MUST BE FLEXIBLE WORKING 10 HOUR DAYS INCLUDING SATURDAYS
