This positon may be eligible for a $3,000 sign on bonus with a 2 year commitment!!

Position Highlights:

  • You may be eligible for a $3,000 sign-on bonus with a 2 yr commitment.

  • This position is eligible for Avera’s Student Loan Repayment Program, which helps you pay off your loans and save money. Each month an extra payment of $167 (up to $10,000) from Avera will help pay down your principal balance faster.

Job Summary

  • Responsible for expeditious and accurate performance of routine clinical laboratory tests and basic clinical laboratory functions.

Education and/or Experience

  • Associate's degree in Medical Lab Technology from a two-year college or technical school required.

  • Six months to one year related experience and/or training preferred.

Certification, Licensure, Registration

  • Certification as Medical Laboratory Technician from the ASCP or AMT required within 12 months of hire.

Work Schedule

  • Monday & Friday 8-5; Tuesday & Thursday 7-5; Wednesday 8-6

  • No weekends, holidays or call

  • Full time; 80hrs/2wks
