Als Teil des Schweizer Finanzteams in der Region „Central Europe“ arbeitest du in allen Buchhaltungsbereichen und hast mit verschiedensten Ansprechpartnern zu tun. Du hast ein tiefgreifendes Verständnis für sämtliche Abläufe in einer Buchhaltung und spielst eine Schlüsselrolle im Tagesgeschäft des Unternehmens.

Du bist jemand, der die Ursachen von Problemen aufdecken und bei Bedarf Prozessänderungen umsetzen kann. Die Aufgabe ist äusserst abwechslungsreich und beinhaltet den Aufbau von Beziehungen zu internen und externen Interessensgruppen.

Du bist zuverlässig und effizient und fühlst dich in einem herausfordernden, schnelllebigen Umfeld wohl.

DEINE AUFGABEN

Du unterstützt den Head of Finance beim gesamten Finanzbetrieb und bist für den Abrechnungsprozess verantwortlich:

Finanzen

• Mitarbeit beim Erstellen von Monats- und Jahresabschlüssen nach Obligationenrecht sowie das Erfüllen von Berichtsanforderungen des Konzerns innerhalb der festgelegten Fristen

• Verantwortung für all täglichen/wöchentlichen/monatlichen Aufgaben, einschliesslich Veranstalterabrechnungen, Debitorenbuchhaltung, Kreditorenbuchhaltung

• Sicherstellen, dass alle Veranstalterabrechnungen korrekt sind, zeitnah ausgeführt werden und den Verträgen bzw. Vereinbarungen entsprechen

• Erfassung aller ausgehenden Zahlungen

• Entwicklung zusätzlicher, relevanter Kontrollabstimmungen

• Sicherstellen, dass alle relevanten Kontrollrichtlinien des Unternehmens befolgt werden

• Erledigung und/oder Beaufsichtigung von Ad-hoc-Anfragen

  Sonstiges

• Identifikation, Testen und Implementieren von Veränderungen am Buchhaltungs- und/oder Abrechnungssystem und an Arbeitspraktiken, um ein effizienteres Arbeitsumfeld zu schaffen

  DEINE QUALIFIKATION

• Du befindest dich in Ausbildung zur Fachfrau/zum Fachmann im Finanz- und Rechnungswesen mit eidg. Fachausweis oder hast Interesse diese Ausbildung zu absolvieren.

• Gute IT-Kenntnisse sind ein absolutes Muss, frühere Erfahrungen mit ERP-Systemen wie Oracle sind von Vorteil

• Erfahrung in der Erstellung von Monats- und Jahresabschlüssen nach OR

• Erfahrung in der Arbeit in einem internationalen Unternehmen mit mehreren Abteilungen ist von Vorteil

• Erfahrung mit verschiedenen Buchhaltungssystemen und Microsoft Anwendungen sind ein Muss, insbesondere Excel

• Schnelle Auffassungsgabe und logische Denkweise sind ein Muss

• Starke Kommunikations- und Organisationssfähigkeiten erforderlich

• Kaufmännisches Geschick mit starken analytischen Fähigkeiten

• Starke Problemlösungsfähigkeiten, einschließlich der Fähigkeit, potenzielle Probleme zu erkennen und zu vermeiden, sowie bestehende Prozesse zu hinterfragen und zu verbessern

• Genauigkeit sowie ausgeprägter Sinn fürs Detail.
