Tidewater Direct LLC, Centreville is seeking several hard working, reliable cutter operators for their evening and overnight shift bindery crew. The ideal candidate has experience operating a guillotine style cutter but that is not required to apply for this job. Tidewater Direct offers on the job training for the right candidates. The bindery is responsible for cutting and folding high volumes of paper, using high speed machines, for direct mail. Tidewater Direct LLC has multiple openings for their evening shift: 3pm-11pm and overnight shift: 11pm-7am. These are 8-hour shifts, Monday through Friday. Mandatory bi-weekly Saturdays are expected during heavy production periods.

The position requires good energy, ability to follow directions and pay close attention, and basic math and communication skills. Additionally, you must be able to lift 25lbs or more continuously and be able to stand for long periods of time. This individual will work directly with the shift supervisors to keep the shift on track. This is a production environment, and is for general labor. This is a full time position that offers many benefits including 401K, Health, Dental, Vision, PTO, LTD and Life insurance after successful completion of 90 days of employment.
