JOB SUMMARY

Under general supervision this position serves as a working maintenance and development foreman, responsible for leading a small crew of employees in performing a variety of maintenance functions.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

Ensures compliance with established standards and | | requirements. | | | | Performs a variety of maintenance and repairs on and around County | | and Board of Education property. Troubleshoots problems as | | appropriate. | | | | Enforces County and Departmental policies and procedures. | | | | Prepares routine reports and maintains accurate records as required. | | | | Ensures safe maintenance standards are followed. EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
