Responsibilities

  • Oversee and manage the entire order lifecycle, ensuring timely processing, accurate fulfillment, and on-time delivery while maintaining quality.

  • Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Production, and Supply Chain teams to execute customer orders seamlessly and align with company objectives.

  • Demonstrate a deep understanding of logistics processes, considering upstream and downstream implications to make informed decisions.

  • Utilize expertise to identify potential issues proactively and implement measures to mitigate risks.

  • Engage in strategic decision-making, considering organizational and customer impacts, to drive continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field is preferred. Equivalent experience in customer logistics or supply chain roles may be considered, in lieu of degree.

  • Professional experience in CPG, Medical Devices, or Pharmaceutical industries.

  • Familiarity with account management, supply planning, demand planning, operations management, logistics, or supply chain management.

  • Ability to assess upstream and downstream impacts when making decisions.

  • Ability to work autonomously and take ownership of key accounts.

  • Willingness to travel (less than 10%).

  • Apply curiosity and analytical skills to solve complex logistics problems.

  • Conduct thorough root cause analyses and implement effective solutions.

  • Commitment to driving efficiency and fostering continuous improvement.

  • Excellent communication skills to inspire and lead teams.

  • Understand customer needs and market dynamics in managing logistics for consumer goods.

  • Proficiency in using BI platforms (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Data Studio) to drive internal discussions.

  • Thrive in ambiguity and challenge the status quo.

As required by New York State's pay transparency bill, Bausch + Lomb provides a good faith minimum and maximum salary range of compensation for roles that can or will be performed, in New York State. Actual compensation is influenced by a wide array of factors including but not limited to skill set, level of experience, and specific office location. For New York State, the range of starting annual base pay for this role is $85,000 - $110,000.

As required by New York City’s salary transparency provisions of the New York City Human Rights Law, Bausch + Lomb provides a good faith minimum and maximum salary range of compensation for roles that can or will be performed, in New York City. Actual compensation is influenced by a wide array of factors including but not limited to skill set, level of experience, and specific office location. For New York City, the range of starting annual base pay for this role is $85,000 - $100,000.
