Job Description:

The Finance Learning and Process specialist is a key-player in the Finance organization securing correct process documentation and subsequent awareness and training of the team. This role creates, develops, implements and conducts documentation, trainings and development programs for Finance team members and is connecting the team with process owners across the organization, supports Finance team members in process and tools awareness on daily basis. This role reports to the Head of the Finance Department.

This Job is also suitable for persons with disabilities; attendance required – disabled-accessible building.

Job Requirements:

ACCOUNTABILITIES :

  • Acquires advanced process knowledge on Finance processes, maintains the knowledge through active connection with OpCo´s and Corporate Finance functions.

  • Actively contributes to SOP and WI creation and maintenance related to the department.

  • Creates, organizes, plans, and conducts onboarding orientation, process training, system training and skills training for Finance team employees.

  • Develops unique training programs to fulfill Finance team specific needs to maintain or improve job related knowledge and skills.

  • Assesses training and development needs through surveys, interviews, focus groups, and communication with team managers and team members.

  • Creates and/or acquires training procedure manuals, guides, and course materials.

  • Presents training and development programs using various forms and formats including group discussion, lecture, simulations, and videos.

  • Maintains records of training and development activities, attendance, results of tests and assessments, and retraining requirements.

  • Owns Finance Questions forum for Finance organization, consolidates repetitive questions and actions on any potential knowledge gaps.

  • Creates engaging atmosphere, encouraging team members for learning curiosity and openness.

  • Evaluates program effectiveness through assessments, surveys, and feedback.

  • Maintains the knowledge of the latest trends in training and development.

  • Works closely together OpCo´s and Corporate Finance teams to reflect their needs within the training schedule.

  • Performs other related duties as required.

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS :

  • Knowledge of Finance process (with focus on General Ledger area)

  • Knowledge of SAP and/or Oracle.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Fully fluent in English, any other European language as advantage.

  • Strong presentation skills, structured communication style.

  • Adept with a variety of multimedia training platforms and methods.

  • Ability to evaluate and research training options and alternatives.

  • Ability to design and implement effective training and development.

  • Organizational skills, stress resistance.
