Description We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Tax Partner to join our CPA firm. As a Tax Partner, you will play a key role in providing strategic tax advice, managing client relationships, and driving business growth within our firm.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and providing tailored tax solutions.

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities, expand the firm's client base, and contribute to revenue growth.

• Provide strategic tax planning advice to clients, including tax-efficient structures for business transactions, mergers and acquisitions, and international tax planning.

• Oversee the preparation and review of tax returns for individuals, businesses, and other entities, ensuring compliance with relevant tax laws and regulations.

• Lead and mentor a team of tax professionals, providing guidance, training, and development opportunities.

• Stay updated on changes in tax laws, regulations, and industry trends, and provide thought leadership and technical expertise to clients and colleagues.

• Ensure that tax services provided by the firm meet high-quality standards, comply with professional and ethical standards, and manage risks associated with tax engagements.

• Collaborate with other departments within the firm to provide integrated solutions to clients' needs and enhance overall client service.

• Contribute to firm-wide strategic planning, decision-making, and governance processes.

Qualifications:

• CPA license

• 5-10 years of experience in public accounting or tax advisory services.

• Proven track record of building and maintaining client relationships, generating new business, and driving revenue growth.

• Strong technical expertise in tax laws, regulations, and compliance requirements.

• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
