Description We are looking for a Systems Administrator to join our team based in Centennial, Colorado. This role involves working on-site, primarily focusing on the organization and restoration of lost files across multiple systems. This position offers a short term contract employment opportunity.

Responsibilities:

• Inventory all technology present in the organization

• Initiate and manage the process of firing up multiple old computers, locating and retrieving critical files

• Collaborate with team leaders to ensure the accurate retrieval of files related to real estate, legal documents, memos, etc.

• Check the operability of servers and ensure they are functioning optimally

• Evaluate and enhance the security measures on each computer, focusing on firewalls and VPNs

• Ensure the smooth functioning of various systems and servers such as Windows, Quickbooks, Dropbox

• Implement backup technologies on multiple computers to prevent future loss of data

• Oversee the process of locating files backed up on various systems and servers

• Regularly monitor computer hardware for any potential issues and resolve them promptly. Requirements • Must have a minimum of 5 years of experience in a Systems Administrator role or similar position

• Proficiency in Dell Technologies is essential

• Knowledge of Firewall Technologies is required

• Experience with Backup Technologies is highly desirable

• Must have a good understanding of Computer Hardware

• Proficiency in QuickBooks is a plus

• Familiarity with MS Windows 7 is necessary

• Experience with Dropbox is beneficial

• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work in a team and independently

• Must have a proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred
