Manage supply planning with the plants. Lead, motivate, and develop the Supply Chain team to deliver S&OP process. Lead team to re-plan, recalibrate the plan with various stakeholders, and collaborate across regions. Lead inventory management: right level of stock in the right locations and eliminating redundancies in the system. Work with Regional Supply Chain to drive inventory targets. Assess and manage risk related to supply disruption, recommending critical decisions to be taken. Lead weekly/monthly communication with key stakeholders on supply plan. Lead the stability of manufacturing plans: driving minimization of risk with unplanned changes to plant production through S&OP output. Immediately respond to escalated issues/situations at plant or at delivery domain. Input id initiatives for supply planning improvements. Manage supply planning for relevant manufacturing plants and/or region. Input and analysis of Breakaway initiatives as well as other continuous improvement activities affecting procedures and processes for Supply Chain Optimization as required. Remote work permitted up to 40%. Up to 20% travel domesticially and to Canada and Mexico.

Requires Bachelor's degree in Business administration, engineering or related field. 1 year supply chain planning experience, including MRP and S&OP. 1 year in explosives / mining industry. 1 year of experience in a global company environment with excellent understanding working in a complex distribution network. 1 year of experience in SAP IBP interfaces and troubleshooting, data management and full understanding of how it interacts with S4 data transfers. 1 year of experience in inventory management with full understanding of industry best practices. Robust knowledge of CA / US / MX dangerous goods regulatory environment including segregation of product types of explosives impacting transportation and storage limitations. Proficiency with SAP S4 Hanna and SAP IBP Interfaces and the interaction between them, including modules and transactions related to MRP, inventory management, production data (including bill of materials, routings, production versions), transportation modules and master data maintenance for short and long term planning as well as demand / supply planning related key figures. Knowledge of inventory capacity planning by location within regulatory limits; inventory reporting including high management reports; and inventory management including safety stocks, Min / Max, Reorder points, days of coverage at site material level. Knowledge of working in Matrix managed organizations. Skilled in Lean Six Sigma principles and tools.
