Description

We are offering an exciting opportunity for a Customer Success Specialist in south Denver. The primary function of this role involves processing customer applications, maintaining customer records, resolving customer inquiries, and monitoring customer accounts.

Responsibilities:

• Accurately process customer credit applications in a timely manner

• Manage and maintain comprehensive customer credit records

• Foster robust client relationships and work towards their needs

• Utilize effective communication skills to explain complex concepts

• Regularly monitor customer accounts and take necessary actions

• Leverage technological tools, including CRMs and Microsoft Office, to improve efficiency

• Handle data entry tasks with precision and speed

• Manage invoice processing to ensure timely and accurate payments

• Contribute to annual sales and business sales objectives

• Maintain a high level of organization and attention to detail in all tasks

Requirements

• Must possess strong Data Entry skills

• Proficiency in Invoice Processing is required

• Needs to have knowledge and experience in handling Annual Sales

• Excellent attention to detail, with the ability to multitask

• Strong organizational and analytical abilities

• Proficiency in using accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

• Ability to work independently and in a team environment

• Must be able to meet deadlines and handle pressure in a fast-paced environment

• Must adhere to the highest principles of confidentiality and professional conduct.
