Location:Norway, Iowa - a short distance from the Cedar Rapids area

Pay:up to $16.50/hour based off shift

Hours:1^st^and 2^nd^shift positions available

1^st^- 7:30am-3:30pm Monday - Friday

2^nd^- 3:30pm-11:30pm Monday - Friday

Job Responsibilities:

• Able to work in all areas of production
• Work with raw materials and Neodymium magnets
• Complete tasks using computers and tablets
• Hand bagging and bottling product
• Case and palletize finished product for inventory
• Assist with material handling, bottling, packaging, labeling, and blending equipment
• Complete necessary documentation, including worksheets and computerized tracking systems
• Verify product and supplies are accurate
• Use assembly, packaging, and measuring tools
• Perform special packaging projects as scheduled
• Work with other departments to resolve problems as they arise
• Sample product for quality control checks
• Inspect materials and supplies for defects and report defective materials to supervisor
• Follow safety, sanitation, production, quality and food safety procedures
• Work safely at all times, follows safety rules and policies and participates in scheduled training
• Follow all good manufacturing practices - follow all safety rules including use of PPE

Skill Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED
• Ability to sit, stand, lift, bend, and reach for 8 hours
• Lift / move 10 - 50 pounds and up to 100 pounds occasionally
• Preform basic math skills - add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure
• Read, write, and follow written instructions and visual training aids
• Ability to complete tasks using computers and tablets
• Attention to detail and be able to train others in general manufacturing
• Work in a team environment and be flexible when production needs change
• Able to be exposed to airborne particles or strong fumes, notably fumes from alcohol
