Recruiting an experienced financial professional who seeks a rewarding role as IPP&C Earned Value Analyst for Mission Systems weapons & datalinks team focused primarily on development and investments. Integrated Program Planning & Control (IPP&C) is a group that specializes in cost capture, program performance, compliance and forecasting. No two days are ever the same!

This position will interact with all functions of the enterprise, including Program Management, Engineering, Financial Planning, Contracts and Operations. This is an excellent position for an individual who wants to be integral part of a team that is directly responsible for program execution. Opportunities to interact with Collins Aerospace upper management, as well as external customers and government agencies are an additional benefit.

This role is eligible for relocation as this position is onsite at our Collins Aerospace location in Cedar Rapids, IA.

What You Will Do

  • Provide effective financial planning and control for fixed-price and cost-predeterminable development programs.

  • Develop a Program Performance Measurement Baseline (PMB) for earned value and project management.

  • Establish a MIL-STD-881 compliant Contract Work Breakdown Structure (CWBS) and corresponding CWBS Dictionary.

  • Analyze program cost and schedule performance, identify trends, and provide actionable insights to the Project Leadership Team (PLT) for corrective action.

  • Prepare and submit cost and schedule-related data items to customers, fostering strong working relationships.

  • Prepare and analyze contract Estimates at Complete (EACs).

  • Support Program Management in evaluating program risks and opportunities.

  • Possess a solid understanding of Earned Value Management (EVM) practices and procedures, including scheduling fundamentals and proficiency with tools like Deltek Cobra, SAP/BW, and Microsoft Office.

  • Demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skill

Qualifications You Must Have

  • •Typically requires a University Degree and minimum 5 years prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 3 years of experience or in absence of a degree, 9 years of relevant experience.

  • U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are authorized to access the financial management system due to government contractual requirements

  • Must have or be capable of obtaining a US Department of Defense (DoD) security clearance. Candidate selected will be subject to a government security investigation/reinstatement and must meet eligibility requirements.

The salary range for this role is 77,000 USD - 163,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.
