1. Per Diem - $75/ a day for meals and incidentals. Kelvion covers travel, fuel, and lodging.

2. Duration - The manager tries to have the Field Service Employees back on the weekends.

Usually, the projects/assignments are 2 weeks out and 2 weeks at home/Oklahoma.

3. Travel - The job requires 70% travel. Travel is both domestic and international, but 99% of it

is domestic.

4. Overtime - Most weeks are 50 hour weeks. That is 10 hours of overtime. There is

sometimes more.

The essential functions of this role include:
