Alarm Installation Tech

Position Summary: As an Installer Technician, you'll install and maintain security systems in homes, including burglar and fire alarms and home networking systems. You'll also provide training on smartphone interfaces.

Key Responsibilities:

• Install security equipment in customer homes.

• Train customers on equipment use and smartphone interfaces.

• Test system functionalities and backup batteries.

• Stay updated on new products.

• Coordinate with team members to test systems and manage customer databases.

• Explain system capabilities and operations to customers.

• Complete paperwork accurately.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED preferred.

• Minimum one year of experience in home security or related industries.

• Valid driver’s license; trade licenses as required.

• Strong communication and computer skills.

• Excellent time management and organizational skills.

• Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in various conditions.
