  Requirements

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent, higher degree preferred

• Proven customer service experience, preferably in a similar role

• Excellent communication and listening skills

• Ability to work under pressure and handle stressful situations

• Solid knowledge of MS Office suite and CRM systems

• A knack for problem-solving and critical thinking
