We are looking for a Medical Receptionist for part-time/vacation fill-in for current staff.

As a Medical Receptionist, you will be an important point of contact for patients, scheduling and coordinating patient appointments, answering questions and providing outstanding customer service, managing necessary paperwork and administrative tasks, working with therapists to ensure patient needs are being met for future visits, and assisting with the operations of the clinic. Key responsibilities include:

- - Patient Assistance: managing patient check-in/out and required paperwork, scheduling and confirming appointments, answering patient questions about the clinic, services provided, and billing or insurance-related inquiries.

{=html} <!-- --> - - Communication and Clinic Support: Collaborate with physical therapists and other colleagues to facilitate patient care, resetting patient rooms and minor cleaning, laundry, and other activities to ensure a hygienic and effective work environment, assisting with other general office tasks (ex: filing, faxing, data entry, etc.), managing phone calls.
