Responsibilities for Administrative Assistant jobs include:
Assist in scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and coordinating appointments
Prepare and maintain documents, reports, and presentations with accuracy and efficiency
Organize and maintain office filing systems, ensuring easy retrieval of information
Assist in handling incoming and outgoing mail and shipments
Collaborate with various departments to support administrative needs and projects
Perform general office duties such as ordering supplies and maintaining office cleanliness

Pay Details: $16.00 to $20.00 per hour
