Job Title: General Production Worker (Product Inspector Finisher)

Location: Cascade, Iowa

Job Type: Contract to Hire (4-6 weeks with potential for permanent hire)

• 1st Shift: 7am - 3pm

• 2nd Shift: 3pm - 11pm

• 3rd Shift: 11pm - 7am

What You'll Do:

As a General Production Worker, your main job will be to assemble and inspect portable plastic eyewash cleaners coming off the rotational molds. You’ll work at various stations with visual instructions and work orders to complete your tasks, which include:

• Trimming excess plastic from molds with a knife.

• Using a handheld router to cut eyewash containers to precise specifications.

• Inserting small components and applying finishing touches to eyewash containers.

• Drilling holes as necessary for assembly.

• Performing repeatable tasks with a focus on quality and consistency.

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience: 6+ months of experience in a manufacturing facility.

• Skills: Proficient in using hand tools, power tools (such as drills, routers), and basic assembly techniques.

• Qualifications: High School diploma or GED.

• Attributes: Ability to follow instructions, attention to detail, and the ability to use a tape measure.

• Non-climate controlled production facility.

• Shifts Available:

• 1st Shift: 7am - 3pm

• 2nd Shift: 3pm - 11pm

• 3rd Shift: 11pm - 7am

• Casual Dress Code: Shorts and short-sleeve shirts are fine, just make sure to wear closed-toe shoes.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.50 - $22.00/hr.
