Résumé du poste :

L’ingénieur industriel est responsable de gérer toutes les étapes de la stratégie manufacturière. Travaillant chez Pratt & Whitney Maroc (PWM), il ou elle s’assurera de l’identification des besoins à travers les analyses de capacité, l’élaboration des plans d’affaire à court et long terme, l’exécution des projets, la planification de chantiers dans l’usine, jusqu’au changement de culture dans l’entreprise. Il est responsable de créer et de gérer des équipes multidisciplinaires et de gérer les budgets et les échéanciers.

Dans un contexte d’investissements majeurs pour la nouvelle unité de fabrication au Maroc, nous recherchons un leader capable d’apprendre rapidement et qui sait gérer plusieurs projets à la fois. Principales responsabilités:

• Travailler étroitement avec les équipes de production et les gestionnaires de fabrication dans un environnement de bureau et d’usine.

• Effectuer la gestion et la réalisation de projets en capital et les initiatives d'amélioration continue.

• Coordonner les aménagements d’usine.

• Formaliser les cahiers des charges techniques en collaboration avec toutes parties prenantes

• Piloter les fournisseurs dans la conception, la réalisation et la mise au point des nouveaux équipements.

• Établir les plans de prévention conformément aux exigences en matière d’environnement, de santé et de sécurité.

• Coordonner l’arrivée des nouveaux équipements sur site, ainsi que et la mise en place (travaux de raccordement, d’installation et de formation).

• Participer à la gestion du budget.

• Réaliser les analyses de capacité de différentes cellules de fabrication.

• Gérer les plans d'actions afin d'ajuster la capacité à la demande manufacturière.

• Analyser les problématiques et les données de l'environnement de production afin de recommander des solutions répondant aux besoins d'affaires de l'entreprise.

• Et autres tâches assignées.

  Qualifications de base

• Bac+5 avec minimum de 5 ans d'expérience pertinente en gestion de projet

• Expérience dans un environnement industriel/ manufacturier

• Maîtrise du français et de l'anglais, tant écrits qu'oraux.

• Connaissances et compétences des outils informatiques liés à la tâche : Microsoft Office, Visio et MS-Project.

• Expérience en amélioration continue

  Qualifications préférées

• Expérience avec les processus de fabrication mécanique

• Compétences organisationnelles et capacité à travailler sous pression avec des priorités concurrentes et variables.

• Connaissance du secteur aérospatial.

• Connaissances en SAP (atout).

• Planification stratégique et leadership démontré.

• De solides compétences en communication et en réseautage.

  Job Summary:

  As a Continuous Improvement Specialist, you will play a critical role in setting up and implementing a robust continuous improvement system for Pratt & Whitney Maroc. You will be responsible for identifying, analyzing, and leading process improvement projects to enhance efficiency, quality, and safety. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to foster a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence.

  Key Responsibilities:

• Work with functional leadership to develop and implement a transformative, self-sustaining CORE – Operational Excellence capabilities within the factory.

• Identify, prioritize, and implement initiatives to improve productivity, quality, and customer satisfaction while reducing cost and complexity of manufacturing processes

• Implement and sustain the CORE Operating System through the deployment of the CORE Framework. Work with domain leadership to create and deploy improvement objectives that align with the site’s Goal Alignment.

• Serve as key resource for Operational Excellence (OpX) initiative deployment, including CORE competency development and Standard Production System (SPS).

• Work closely with individuals and teams within the business unit(s) to manage critical action lists and their execution, including:

• Participate and support daily Tier 2 meetings as outlined in P&W guidance.

• Update Tier 2 and 3 control towers for accuracy and completion.

• Maintain CORE and SPS training records and development progress, including training event support and metric generation.

• Support business unit customer values initiatives, including actions from Glint surveys, compliance audits, and EH&S engagements.

• Promote OpX values by leading visual factory enhancements to improve goal alignment, corporate image, and employee morale.

• Lead/facilitate/own CORE Engagements in the areas of CoPQ, Control Tower, Goal Alignment, Process Analysis, CORE Framework Maturity, and Andon.

• Co-own CORE Control Room reporting systems and ensure accuracy of the macro plan.

• Participate and support preparation for CORE Council meetings.

• Update (daily/weekly/monthly/bi-annual/annual) reporting systems.

• Utilize communication and soft skills to build relationships with employees, leadership, and external Domains/suppliers.

• Lead CORE onboarding training.

• Be able to work autonomously; you are self-managed with a demonstrated attention to detail and follow up.

• Be dependable and reliable; utilize your proven ability to effectively manage multiple priorities that will exist in your daily workload.

• And other duties as assigned.

  Basic Qualifications

• Bac+5 with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in project management

• Experience in an industrial/manufacturing environment

• Fluency in French and English, both written and oral.

• Knowledge and skills of IT tools related to the task: Microsoft Office, Visio and MS-Project.

• Experience in continous improvment

  Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with mechanical manufacturing processes

• Organizational skills and ability to work under pressure with competing and varying priorities.
